Our workshops are divided into two categories:
1) Essential - workshops of this category are designed for entry-level sales professionals with little or no prior work experience in the hospitality sales & marketing fields. The number of training hours is typically set at 16 hours or two full days, while
2) Advanced - workshops were developed for experienced sales professionals as well as hotel executives with at least 2 years work experience in the hospitality industry, including department heads, General Managers and even hotel owners. Advanced workshops are normally set at 3 days x 8 hours training duration.
