This
is a dynamic worksheet that captures your
existing and potential client base over a
three year period (Previous, Current &
Plan Year).
The user needs to obtain the names of all
organizations that were doing business with
the hotel during the Previous Year, their
actual room night production for the hotel
as well as for the entire city (market) and
their total actual room revenue for the hotel
in the Previous Year.
Once the data collection for the Previous
Year has been completed, it must be repeated
for the Current Year and Plan Year. Depending
on the size and/or market situation of the
hotel, the list of all accounts will probably
be between 300 to 500 organizations strong.
Upon completion of all data input, MAPS will
automatically sort the client base by Plan
Year room revenue. Although, not visible on
the screen, the Worksheet Report will highlight
which client is a Key Account, Key Prospect,
Niche or Telemarketing Account
